National Night Out is a great opportunity for citizens and law enforcement to partner up against crime. One last reminder… All architectural changes to your property must be approved by the Architectural Committee BEFORE any changes are made. The HOA encourages all residents to contact the city of Kyle Animal Control Department if you see any loose animals in the neighborhood. Please keep in mind that both the city of Kyle and the HOA have requirements regarding proper restraint of your animals when outside of your property. We have had issues with pets getting loose in the neighborhood lately. Let’s keep our neighborhood safe by obeying the posted traffic signs and watching our speed. The posted speed limit in the neighborhood is 30 M.P.H. If you are interested in helping out, contact the Neighborhood Watch team at the kids returning to school, remember to watch out for little ones walking to and from the bus stop. Last year’s event was a huge success and we are hoping this year’s event will be even bigger. Neighborhood Watch is looking for volunteers to help with this year’s National Night Out celebration. Well, we made it through another Summer! With the heat hopefully behind us, the Committees are busy planning events for the fall.
